Senior Instructional Designer

Member of the Talent Development team, developing new programs and courses designed to successfully onboard new employees, improve workforce skills, provide leadership development, increase organizational engagement, and support employees to be their best self.

My strategic approach to Program and Project Management, coupled with my experience of applying adult learning theory and best practices, has consistently resulted in impactful training initiatives that align with organizational goals and make meaningful contributions to employees and clients alike.

I design, develop, and deliver diverse multi-modal courses for enterprise Leadership Development, resulting in 96% KPI within Learning Impact and Learning Effectiveness categories, plus increased promotional rates for participants.
